At Byer of Maine, we take pride in the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
